Effective Legislation and Execution of Regional Government Policies

Research and monitoring shall form an integral part of legislation. Research institutions and similar entities shall be partnered in establishing policies on issues affaecting the region. The legislative measures shall be effective and relevant to the need of the Bangsamoro. In keeping with national development plan, the Party makes emphasis on a functional inter-governmental body that shall become a venue in issues warranting shared authority and jurisdiction by the National and Regional Government.
